We are seeking an experienced and strategic Media Manager to lead and execute comprehensive media campaigns across multiple platforms. This is a key role within our marketing team, responsible for budget management, media strategy, and campaign execution across traditional and digital channels, both domestically and internationally.
 
What you will be doing :
  • Lead budget allocation by medium (radio, OOH, digital, stadiums, etc.) and by vendor to maximize ROI.
  • Design and manage radio campaigns across urban and regional markets, ensuring message consistency and optimal reach.
  • Conceptualize and execute Out-of-Home (OOH) campaigns, including creative formats, geographic coverage, and placement strategy.
  • Lead the strategy for stadium LED campaigns, in football, basketball, volleyball, and other sports.
  • Develop and deliver clear and data-driven reporting on media performance and spend efficiency.
  • Conduct continuous competition monitoring to benchmark against market trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with media partners to enhance communication and collaboration.
We are looking for someone who :
  • Has 6+ years of experience in media planning and buying, with a strong track record in traditional media (radio, OOH, stadium advertising).
  • Has previous experience in the gaming industry ideally.
  • Has strong analytical skills with experience managing large budgets and reporting on media ROI.
  • Has excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Is creative with a strategic approach to campaign design and execution.
  • Has strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with media vendors and partners.
  • Ideally has experience in working in a fast-paced or high-profile brand environment.
  • Ideally is familiar with media planning tools and performance analytics platforms.
  • Has proficiency both in Greek and English.
