Contract Type: Seasonal (Full-time)

About the Role

We are looking for a professional, dynamic, and organized Entertainment Supervisor to lead our entertainment teams and ensure the smooth daily operation of our hotel entertainment programs.
The Supervisor will act as the link between our entertainment team, and the Xperience head office — ensuring exceptional guest engagement, program quality, and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the daily entertainment schedule (daytime & evening programs).
  • Host and present shows, events, and activities in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the daytime entertainment and evening program.
  • Motivate, guide, and manage a team of entertainers to maintain team spirit and performance quality.
  • Communicate effectively with entertainment team and Xperience Management team.
  • Conduct briefings, manage weekly schedules and meetings, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Handle guest relations related to entertainment with professionalism and warmth.
  • Support with logistics (costume control, equipment, and stage preparation when necessary).
  • Represent the Xperience brand values: quality, creativity, and hospitality excellence.
Requirements
  • EU citizenship or valid Greek Residency / Work Permit (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 seasons of experience in hotel entertainment or live event supervision.
  • Strong hosting and presenting skills (microphone experience required).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English (any additional languages such as Greek or German are a plus).
  • Confident, positive personality with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with an eye for quality, visual presentation, and guest satisfaction.
  • Flexible, energetic, and able to handle a dynamic work environment.
