Responsibilities:
  • Provide analysis and evaluation of market data and internal KPIs (promo, assortment, distribution etc.).
  • Monitor the market landscape continuously, identifying growth opportunities and potential threats, ensuring proactive responses and strategic planning.
  • Create regular comprehensive reports and presentations supporting sales objectives, translating insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
  • Develop a dynamic system of interim reports ("cockpits") tailored to align with sales goals, enabling real-time decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Initiate and manage projects, plans and tools aimed at improving sales efficiency and team growth, with a focus on optimizing processes but also fostering teamwork and team development.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for data collection related to sales, ensuring a holistic understanding of market trends and supporting data-driven decisions across the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Statistics, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role in the FMCG industry or related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and presentation tools, such as MS Office (e.g. Excel, Ppt), and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) in the FMCG industry.
  • Knowledge of FMCG market dynamics, trends, and competitor landscape is preferred.
  • Advanced level of English
