Responsibilities:
  • Key Responsibilities

  • provide regular data analysis and development of the required management reports

  • creation and management of data flows (primary, secondary sales, product categories, geography, etc.)

  • creation of interim reports system ("cockpits"), taking into account the sales department goals

    Additional Responsibilities

  • development of project CRM for the purposes of sales department efficiency increase and team involvement / training

  • description of business processes

    Interactions (internal & external)

  • sales structure

  • Key partners (distributors / customers)

  • Marketing

Qualifications:
  • Professional Experience and Education

  • higher technical / profile education

  • experience as sales analyst

  • advanced level of English

    Specific Knowlegde

  • skills of CRM implementation or development / knowledge of CRM functionality

  • good knowledge of Excel and macros

    Specific Skills

  • analytic / operational mindset

  • ability to set the goal correctively, structure the projects and information, and make correct conclusions

  • result oriented

  • good communication skills
