Sales Analyst (f/m/d)
Responsibilities

• Provide regular and ad-hoc sales data analysis and develop management reports to support strategic business decisions.
• Establish, manage, and optimize data flows, including primary and secondary sales, product categories, customer segments, and geographical data.
• Creation of interim reporting systems (interactive sales performance dashboards) aligned with the sales department's objectives
• Analyze market data and internal sales KPIs, monitor performance, and identify trends and improvement areas.
• Prepare presentations and performance reports for the Sales Team, Sales Director, and Management Team, including business review materials.
• Act as a business partner to Key Account Managers and the Sales Director, providing data-driven support and recommendations.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of the CRM system, with the aim of improving sales efficiency and engagement.
• Support business process documentation and continuous improvement within the Sales organization.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar analytical or sales support position.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
• Strong team orientation combined with a proactive, structured, and results-driven approach.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
