About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to support our operations across HR, accounting, and customer support functions. This cross-functional role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys keeping internal processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate internal communications and assist with organizing HR-related events or training
  • Manage time-off records and employee queries related to HR policies

Accounting Administration:

  • Assist with invoice tracking, processing, and filing
  • Support the finance team with expense reports, receipt collection, and reconciliation tasks
  • Help prepare documentation for auditors and ensure compliance with internal controls

Support Administration:

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via Intercom and other support platforms
  • Route queries to the appropriate team and ensure timely follow-up
  • Track recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative, HR, accounting, or customer support roles
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Intercom, and HR/Finance platforms
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a tech or SaaS company
  • Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Notion, or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
