Η ReDePlan ΑΕ αναζητά για την ομάδα της Μηχανικό – Project Manager / Consultant για μόνιμη απασχόληση, με αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στη ωρίμανση ή/και διαχείριση έργων υποδομής ή/και κτιριακών έργων ή/και την ανάπτυξη ακινήτων.

Στις αρμοδιότητες θα περιλαμβάνονται:

  • Η διαχείριση / διοίκηση και συντονισμός έργων ως ο υπεύθυνος Project Manager σε όλες τις φάσεις έργου
  • Ο συντονισμός και οργάνωση ομάδας έργου.
  • Κατάρτιση του Στρατηγικού Πλάνου Εκτέλεσης έργου σε συνεργασία με τον Πελάτη / Κύριο του Έργου
  • Ο συντονισμός και έλεγχος προόδου εξέλιξης ενεργειών έργου ως την τελική επίτευξη στόχων
  • Η αποτελεσματική διαχείριση επικοινωνίας με τον πελάτη και λοιπούς ενδιαφερόμενους του έργου
  • Η συμβατική παρακολούθηση της εξέλιξης έργου
  • Η σύνταξη τευχών Τεχνικών Ελέγχων Ακινήτων (κτίρια, αδόμητα ακίνητά)
  • Η σύνταξη επιχειρησιακών σχεδίων βέλτιστής αξιοποίησης ακινήτων και συγκριτική ανάλυση / έρευνα μεθόδων αξιοποίησης
  • Η σύνταξη μελετών αξιοποίησης - οδικού χάρτη ανάπτυξης - ωρίμανσης ακινήτων

Επιθυμητές Δεξιότητες / Εμπειρίες:

  • Δίπλωμα Πολιτικού Μηχανικού ή Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού ή Τοπογράφου Μηχανικού (μέλος ΤΕΕ)

  • 5ετής συναφή επαγγελματική εμπειρία (κατ΄ελάχιστον) στην διαχείριση τεχνικών έργων σε όλα τα στάδια του κύκλου έργων (ωρίμανση, μελέτη - αδειοδότηση, δημοπράτηση, κατασκευή)

  • Εμπειρία / γνώση στην διαχείριση έργων και επενδύσεων επιχειρηματικών πάρκων (Ν.4982/22)

ή/και

  • Εμπειρία / γνώση στην διαχείριση επενδύσεων και την χωροθέτηση μέσω πολεοδομικών εργαλείων (Ν.3986/11 – ΕΣΧΑΣΕ / ΕΣΧΑΔΑ, Ν.4447/16 – ΕΠΣ κλπ)

ή/και

  • Εμπειρία / γνώση στην διαχείριση έργων και συμβάσεων με βάση τον Ν.4412/2016

  • Συνεργατικό και Ομαδικό Πνεύμα εργασίας

  • Ικανότητα Αυτόνομης Εργασίας, Πρωτοβουλία
  • Οργανωτικότητα & αποτελεσματική διαχείριση χρόνου και προθεσμιών
  • Ικανότητα προσαρμογής και ευελιξίας στις απαιτήσεις των έργων
  • Ευχέρεια γραπτού και προφορικού λόγου
  • Ικανότητά Προσαρμογής σε νέα αντικείμενα, διαρκής μάθηση
  • Χρήση MS Project – MS Office – AutoCAD - GIS
  • Γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Επιθυμητή η κατοχή Μελετητικού Πτυχίου
