(corporate spin-off GlobiLED), specializes in promoting solutions and systems for Smart Cities and IoT applications. With a dedication to improving citizens' quality of life, environmental protection, and minimizing energy-intensive processes, we are currently in search of
an experienced Project Manager
to lead and
coordinate information technology projects in the public sector.
The role focuses on the successful delivery of IoT solutions, information systems, and modernization initiatives that support public administration and citizen services. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex IT projects, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a strong ability to engage effectively with public sector stakeholders, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between public sector clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the project budget, ensuring financial resources are utilized efficiently and within established constraints.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with predefined criteria.
  • Timeline Adherence: Monitor project timelines and milestones, taking corrective action as needed to keep the project on schedule.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience (3+ years) managing IT projects, preferably within or for public sector organizations.
  • Familiarity with information systems, digital transformation and public administration workflows.
  • Experience with public procurement frameworks, contracts, and project reporting obligations
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or other related field (Master's degree will be considered as an asset)
  • Firm command of the English language and excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills along with a goal-oriented approach
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while being flexible and responding to change
  • Available for frequent travels & short-term missions
