Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Project Manager located in Athens. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events, ranging from small meetings to large conferences. The Project Manager will work with clients to determine their needs and develop proposals for events, and will oversee event logistics, vendor management, and budgeting. The Project Manager will maintain relationships with clients and ensure that events run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Deal with clients from beginning to finish line
  • Work closely with the rest of the team
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure the success of projects
  • Setting up the project budget and monitoring it throughout the project
  • Leading the technicians team involved in the project

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 4 years experience in relevant position (experience relevant to the events market will be considered a plus)
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Experience in using ERP systems, preferably Entersoft
  • Good understanding of the conference, event and AV market is a plus
  • Event planning and project management skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and colleagues
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects
