This role is ideally suited to professionals with a background in corporate finance, financial analysis, or venture capital advisory looking to transition into a more dynamic, transactional, and revenue-generating investment environment.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

As a Regional Investment Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

  1. Due Diligence & Investment Packaging

  2. Conduct end-to-end due diligence on startups and scale-ups, including:


• Market analysis


• Competitive landscape assessment


• Team evaluations


• Financial modelling & projections


• Valuation work & Risk assessment/mitigation

  • Prepare and deliver a minimum of 3 full investment packages per month, including:
    • Investment Memorandum


• Valuation Report


• Value-Add Strategy Document

  1. Transaction Execution

  2. Structure and execute deals in collaboration with regional and central deal flow - Lead or support 1 transaction per quarter, including:


• Term sheet negotiation


• Commitment gathering


• Investor presentations


• Documentation and SPV structuring

  1. Syndication & Roadshows

  2. Conduct targeted outreach to investors for deal syndication

  3. Develop consistently, using investor relations technique, the local network of private investors – family offices, UHWNI, Fund Managers, Corporate VCs, Government Investment Vehicles, Angel Networks, etc – to explore the co-investment strategy with allocated venture deals from the central deal flow process.

  4. Support the organization of regional investor roadshows and follow-up processes

  5. Assist in post-roadshow engagement to ensure timely commitment conversion

  6. Client & Investor Management

  7. Work with onboarding and client management teams to deliver a seamless investor experience

  8. Maintain regular contact with clients and investors throughout the investment cycle - Ensure clear reporting and follow-up processes after investment closes

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • 1–3 years experience in finance, VC, private equity, or advisory - Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling

  • Fluency in English and Greek (additional languages a plus)

  • Willingness to relocate internationally

Preferred:

  • Experience preparing investor-ready documentation

  • Exposure to startup or high-growth venture environments

  • Client-facing experience in investment or advisory roles
