The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing corporate and other financial analyses while reviewing all asset classes (including equities, debt securitizations, loans) and then forming an opinion on investment value. This candidate will work as a part of the company's investment team and assist in analyzing new investments and managing existing ones. A lot of focus and time will be spent on non-performing loan portfolios. Trust, integrity, and diligence are requirements. Must be a self-starter and able to form opinions while remaining open to learning new skills. The candidate is expected to take ownership of their work and will be responsible for progressing initiatives. Candidates should have at least one year and up to up to six years of experience in financial/investment analysis, consulting, or related experience. Must be fluent in English and Greek.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement
  • Consistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports
  • Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators
  • Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management

Qualifications

  • 1 – 6 years' Experience working in an analyst role at an investment (buy or sell side) institution or consulting firm
  • 1 - 6 years' financial analysis and modeling experience
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, English, and Greek
