Job Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Athens, Greece

Type: Full-time | Monday–Friday | On-site

ICAP Outsourcing Solutions, on behalf of its client, a leading energy provider, is looking to hire a Financial Analyst to support the Finance Department of the client's organization.

This is a great opportunity for finance professionals seeking to grow their careers within a structured, dynamic environment in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute commission calculations in line with company policies and contractual agreements
  • Create and deliver commission reports to the agent network
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Support monthly and annual financial closing processes
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in a financial analysis or relevant role
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and core accounting principles
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as VBA or Excel Macros
