Well established Shipping company is seeking a skilled Front Desk Secretary.

Location: Syngrou Avenue, Athens

Time Schedule: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming and outgoing communication (calls, emails, memos) accurately
  • Handling and support of company's Management daily schedule and appointments
  • Regulate all business travel procedures (Ticket reservations, accommodation etc)
  • Various accounting book entries and assistance
  • Various types of filing, physical and electronic
  • Communication with all departments, Administrative level problem solving
  • Keeping track of the inventory and replenish office consumables
  • Writing and translating letters (between English and Greek)

Qualifications – Core competencies

  • University Degree or College
  • Relevant working experience of minimum 5 years as a secretary
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Good command of the French language will be considered a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent organizational skills & high attention to detail
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Previous work/involvement in accounts department will be considered a plus
  • Multi-tasking and time management ability
  • Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, with excellent interpersonal skills
