Το Δίκτυο Συνεργατών Vodafone σε συνεργασία με την ManpowerGroup Greece, αναζητά δυναμικούς και επικοινωνιακούς υποψηφίους, οι οποίοι θα ενταχθούν στο δυναμικό τους ως Fiber Solutions Consultants

Τι θα χρειαστεί να κάνεις:

Ως Fiber Solutions Consultant θα είσαι ο σύνδεσμος μεταξύ της εταιρίας και των πελατών μας προσφέροντας τους προσωπική και εξατομικευμένη υποστήριξη.
Η καθημερινότητά σου θα περιλαμβάνει:

  • Προγραμματισμένες συναντήσεις με πελάτες στο χώρο τους, ανάλυση των αναγκών τους και προτάσεις λύσεων με βάσει το προφίλ τους
  • Εισαγωγή του πελάτη σε νέες τεχνολογίες και στις δυνατότητες που του προσφέρουν οι υπηρεσίες μας

Τι αναζητούμε:

  • Εμπειρία σε τηλεφωνικές πωλήσεις ή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών θα εκτιμηθεί

**Αν είσαι στα πρώτα σου επαγγελματικά βήματα, μην ανησυχείς, θα έχεις όλη την υποστήριξη που χρειάζεσαι

  • Ανεπτυγμένες δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και ευγένεια
  • Να είσαι άνετος/η στη χρήση ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών και λογισμικών

Τα στάδια πρόσληψης περιλαμβάνουν:

  • Αν εμπίπτει στα ενδιαφέροντα σου αυτός ο ρόλος, μη διστάσεις να υποβάλλεις απευθείας αίτηση. Οι σύμβουλοί μας θα επικοινωνήσουν με τους υποψηφίους που πληρούν τις παραπάνω απαιτήσεις για να προγραμματίσουν συνέντευξη.
  • Όσον αφορά τα επόμενα βήματα, θα υπάρξει 1 ακόμη συνεντεύξη με την εταιρεία/πελάτη είτε δια ζώσης είτε διαδικτυακά
