We are seeking talented and experienced banking Solution Consultants to join our team in Athens, Greece.

Job Description

The Banking Solution Consultants
should have experience in Retail and Corporate banking, spanning areas such as Wealth-Investment Management and Core Banking.

They will interact effectively with Client executives, be a part of high performing, multidisciplinary delivery teams as well as large transformation programs. This role will serve as a trusted advisor focusing on the Agile transformation of the Banking Industry in Greece and EMEA regions.

Responsibilities:

• Participate as a member of the Solutions implementation team in discovery sessions to understand client's business objectives and system needs
• Collaboration with Solutions Architects to design solutions that best meet the client's requirements
• Support clients through the implementation and go-live process and play key role in promoting solution adoption
• Work closely with the Project Leader to manage assigned project responsibilities and keep the projects on schedule
• Communicate progress and expectations, escalating issues to Project Leader for awareness and/or resolution
• Participate in weekly Status Meetings with the Project Leader and Consulting Directors

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting and/or business analysis or systems integration programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
• Experience in the European Banking industry, including knowledge of regulatory and localization requirements
• Strong general consulting skills including team facilitation and business case development
• Analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning
• Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support
