ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of its client, is seeking an IT Business Solutions Manager to join their highly qualified software development team.

IT Business Solutions Manager (6018/ITBSM/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business divisions to design IT projects in the manager's area of responsibility, including CRM, Power Platform and other systems
  • Participate in digital transformation initiatives to strengthen the company's digital capabilities
  • Evaluate business requirements and adapt them to internal business processes to ensure optimal solution implementation
  • Manage IT vendors to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery
  • Oversee projects by coordinating internal and external teams to achieve project objectives
  • Assess project effort and schedule with a focus on efficiency and timely delivery
  • Systematically monitor project progress to ensure deliverables meet timeline and quality goals
  • Prepare project reports to communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders
  • Effectively manage and develop the team to continuously enhance skills and performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Previous management experience in CRM and Power Platform
  • Experience in project management; PMI certification preferred
  • Experience with cloud solutions and integrated IT environments
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Fluency in English
