We at Nova, are a young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for a vibrant and fast thinking Enterprise Solutions Account Manager to be part of our successful team in Enterprise Solutions Team. 

You have a challenging mission to: 

act as a trusted Technical Sales Consultant to national and multinational organizations, helping them achieve their digital transformation goals through tailor-made ICT, IoT, and Fleet Management solutions.

What you will do:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, identifying opportunities in ICT, network infrastructure, IoT, Fleet Management and Cloud services.
  • Actively contributes to solution design, value proposition, and partner selection based on business strategy and client needs.
  • Lead the preparation of complex financial and technical offers, ensuring alignment with cost, risk and profitability goals.
  • Negotiate commercial and technical terms with clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (presales, delivery, procurement, legal, recruiting) to build and deliver winning solutions.
  • Evaluate risks and opportunities of new projects and propose mitigation strategies.

It would be great if you have:

  • University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in the ICT or Telco industry.
  • Familiarity with public and enterprise procurement processes.
  • Strong knowledge in areas such as Networks, Cloud, Cybersecurity, IoT, Fleet Management, or AI/ML.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you're a connector and problem-solver.
  • Ability to build trust and negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
  • A team player mindset, ready to collaborate across departments.
  • Willingness to travel within Greece.
  • Fluency in English — both written and spoken.
