We're looking for passionate Machine Learning / AI Engineers to help us design, build, and deploy cutting-edge models and algorithms that solve problems, tackle exciting projects and deliver value for our clients. The ideal candidates will be well versed and current in the rapidly expanding AI ecosystem and will possess solid skills in working with a variety of tools

What you'll do:

• Design and implement machine learning models to solve real-world problems
• Work with large, complex datasets to extract insights and drive decisions
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams to integrate AI features
• Stay current with state-of-the-art techniques in AI, deep learning, and data science
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy in production environments
• Collaborate closely with clients to gather functional requirements, analyze needs, and design tailored solutions

What you'll bring:

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline with substantial computer programming coursework
• Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and deploying ML models to production
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Bonus Points:

• Experience with LLMs, GenAI, Langchain
• Contributions to open-source ML/AI projects
• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc)
• Experience in microservice architecture
• Experience with all kinds of databases (SQL, NoSQL, Graph etc.)
