We are looking for an experienced
Senior Machine Learning Engineer
to lead the design and deployment of scalable ML systems. You will play a key role in architecting solutions, mentoring engineers, and delivering production-grade AI capabilities that solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of machine learning models from design to production
  • Oversee and mentor a team of ML engineers, ensuring best practices in model development and code quality
  • Build and maintain robust data pipelines and training workflows
  • Design and implement MLOps infrastructure to automate model lifecycle (training, validation, deployment, monitoring)
  • Integrate ML models into scalable services and APIs using production-grade Python code
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and annotation teams to align ML solutions with business goals
  • Monitor and retrain models proactively to avoid performance degradation
  • Document technical solutions and participate in code reviews

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience building and deploying ML models in production environments
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Python and ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Practical experience with MLOps tools and platforms (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring technical teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Desirable Experience (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with large-scale ML systems and distributed training
  • Familiarity with CI/CD for ML pipelines
  • Knowledge of security, performance, and monitoring best practices for ML applications
