We're looking for a
Machine Learning Engineer
passionate about
Deep Learning and NLP
to join our AI Services team. If you're excited by solving real-world NLP challenges using Transformer architecture, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize deep learning models for NLP tasks, using Transformer-based architecture
  • Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models using
    PyTorch
    and
    Hugging Face Transformers
  • Translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions with real-world impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, domain experts) to integrate models into products
  • Deploy models into production environments with a focus on performance and robustness
  • Document findings and stay current with the latest research and trends in NLP and Deep Learning

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong proficiency in
    Python
    for data processing and ML workflows
  • Solid understanding of
    deep learning
    concepts, especially
    Transformers
  • Proven-on experience with
    PyTorch
    and
    Hugging Face Transformers
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive projects from research to deployment
  • Ability to align ML solutions with broader business objectives

Desirable Experience

  • Knowledge of
    model quantization
    techniques
  • Experience fine-tuning
    LLMs (Large Language Models)
  • Familiarity with
    CUDA programming
  • Experience working with
    SQL/NoSQL
    databases
  • Containerizing ML applications with
    Docker
