We are seeking a skilled and driven AI/Machine Learning Engineer to join our Engineering Team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leverage AI and machine learning to develop and optimize advanced language systems for real-world applications
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
  • Ensure code is clean, modular, and well-documented for future use and maintenance
  • Contribute to the full AI lifecycle - from research and prototyping to production deployment
  • Be readily available to align on technical strategy and implementation details with internal teams and external partners
  • Maintain and protect sensitive model and data documentation
  • Take ownership of your deliverables and continuously push for innovation and improvement
  • Deliver results within agreed timelines and milestones
  • Other tasks as assigned

What you will need:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Proven experience with Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Hands-on experience with model deployment and MLOps tools (Docker, MLflow, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of data pipelines, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS)
  • Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or TTS is a plus
  • Experience with AI on edge devices or resource-constrained hardware is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools like GitHub and Jira is appreciated
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, get-things-done mindset
