We are looking for a passionate Food Technologist / Chemist to join our team and drive growth in the Dairy Ingredients sector.

What you'll do:

As a valued member of our team based in Thessaloniki, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation in the dairy industry.

• Develop strong partnerships with dairy producers by providing innovative ingredients & solutions (milk proteins, dairy cultures, stabilizers, lactates, emulsifiers).
• Support customers with technical know-how that improves product quality, functionality, and shelf life.
• Expand our customer network by representing leading global suppliers of food and dairy ingredients.
• Deliver on ambitious sales targets and be part of ELTON Group's success story.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry or related field.
• Experience in dairy production / R&D / technical sales (minimum 3 years).
• Commercial mindset, strong communication skills & ability to turn customer needs into opportunities.
• Fluent in English, confident with MS Office & CRM.
• Driving license & willingness to travel.
