Technical Sales Specialist
για τα προϊόντα
μελανιών
της, με στόχο την υποστήριξη των πελατών και τη στενή συνεργασία με την ομάδα πωλήσεων για την παροχή εξειδικευμένων λύσεων. Η θέση αυτή είναι ιδανική για όσους διαθέτουν τεχνικές γνώσεις στον τομέα των εκτυπώσεων και επιθυμούν να συμβάλουν στην ανάπτυξη και επιτυχία της εταιρείας.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης
    και συμβουλευτικής στους πελάτες σχετικά με τα προϊόντα μελανιών και τις εφαρμογές τους.
  • Υποστήριξη της
    ομάδας πωλήσεων
    σε τεχνικά θέματα, διευκολύνοντας την κατανόηση των προϊόντων από τους πελάτες.
  • Διαχείριση και επίλυση
    τεχνικών προβλημάτων
    που προκύπτουν στη χρήση των προϊόντων από τους πελάτες.
  • Διεξαγωγή
    εκπαιδευτικών σεμιναρίων
    και τεχνικών παρουσιάσεων για πελάτες και συνεργάτες.
  • Επιτόπιες επισκέψεις
    σε πελάτες για αξιολόγηση της εφαρμογής των προϊόντων και για επίλυση τυχόν θεμάτων.
  • Συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της εταιρείας για την
    ανάπτυξη και βελτίωση των προϊόντων
    βάσει των αναγκών και των παρατηρήσεων της αγοράς.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Ακαδαμαϊκό υπόβαθρο
    Χημείας, Χημικών Μηχανικών, Μηχανικής Υλικών, Γραφικών Τεχνών ή άλλο συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία
    σε τεχνική υποστήριξη ή/και πωλήσεις, ιδανικά στον κλάδο των μελανιών ή των εκτυπώσεων.
  • Καλή γνώση των
    τεχνικών προδιαγραφών και των εφαρμογών
    μελανιών.
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
    και ικανότητα ανάπτυξης πελατειακών σχέσεων.
  • Ικανότητα
    επίλυσης προβλημάτων
    και προσαρμοστικότητας σε τεχνικές προκλήσεις.
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
    . Η γνώση άλλων γλωσσών θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα.
  • Διαθεσιμότητα για
    ταξίδια
    ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες των πελατών.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Εμπειρία σε εταιρείες που σχετίζονται με τον κλάδο της εκτύπωσης ή των γραφικών τεχνών.
  • Δεξιότητες στη χρήση
    λογισμικών CRM
    και
    SAP
    .
  • Ικανότητα να εργάζεται αυτόνομα και να διαχειρίζεται παράλληλα πολλά έργα.
