Picture this: You're helping millions of content creators and video enthusiasts solve their technical challenges on one of the world's most influential video platforms - all while living in sunny Lisbon, one of Europe's most exciting cities.

This isn't just another support role. You'll be the problem-solving expert behind a platform that shapes global entertainment, education, and creativity. Every day, you'll tackle diverse technical puzzles, collaborate with a multicultural team that actually sticks around, and build skills that propel your tech career forward.

Day-to-day, you'll:

  • troubleshoot technical issues ranging from video uploads to account access,
  • communicate complex technical solutions in simple, friendly language,
  • document cases meticulously and identify potential bugs for product improvement,
  • escalate intricate problems following clear protocols,
  • collaborate with an international team that values support and knowledge-sharing,
  • through email, live chat or phone, you'll diagnose problems, provide solutions, and ensure every interaction leaves users confident and satisfied.

What you need:

Must-haves:

  • German at native or C1/C2 level (this is your superpower here),
  • English at B2+ for internal communication,
  • customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills,
  • problem-solving instincts and attention to detail,
  • flexibility to work rotative shifts (Monday-Sunday, 8 AM-11 PM window, with 2 days off weekly),
  • tech comfort with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Chrome),
  • adaptability to learn quickly in an evolving environment.

Nice-to-haves:

  • previous customer or technical support experience (B2C/B2B),
  • knack for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
