What Youll Do:

  • Provide high-quality support to Greek-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone.
  • Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with a diverse international team to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure smooth communication across teams.

What Were Looking For:

  • Native or fluent Greek speaker with strong communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with solid problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
