What you'll do day to day:

  • Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone

  • Provide guidance on the use of household appliances

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

  • Identify issues, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution

  • Support refunds, exchanges, and order placements

  • Learn international customer service standards through hands-on experience

What we're looking for:

  • Fluent German (spoken and written)

  • Good English communication skills

  • Interest in customer service and problem-solving

  • First experience in customer support is welcome, but not required

  • Confidence using basic digital tools

  • Strong communication skills and active listening

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

This role is ideal if you want to gain experience, even without extensive professional background.
