Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the automotive sector, is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Experience with CRM systems or customer support software is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment under minimal supervision
