The Role

In this remote Customer Support role based in Athens, you'll be the friendly voice (and email) for our German-speaking customers. You'll play a vital role in ensuring their experience is smooth and positive, providing top-notch support through inbound calls in both German and English.

We're Looking For You If You're A...

  • German Language Master: Fluency in German (C1-C2 level) is essential. Proficiency in English (B2 level) is a must.
  • Communication Virtuoso: Impress with formal speech and exceptional writing skills.
  • Customer Service Champion: Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role is a plus.
  • Empathy Expert: Build rapport with customers, actively listen, and effectively address their concerns.
  • Problem-Solving Pro: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Tech-Savvy Superstar: Be comfortable using communication tools and customer support software.

What We Offer

    • Monthly base salary: 1250 EUR gross per 14 months (17,500 EUR per annum)
    • Performance Bonus: 10% monthly
    • Meal Allowance (net): 3 EUR per day (Year 1) and 6 EUR per day (Year 2+)
