German Speaking Customer Support Representative — Remote in Greece (Relocation Package Offered)

Location: Remote (Greece)

Languages: German (native/C1+) + English (B2+)

Type: Full-time

We're hiring German speakers to join an international Customer Support team, working 100% remotely from Greece. Relocation package is offered for candidates moving to Greece.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers via phone, email and/or chat

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction

  • Escalate complex cases and follow up until resolution

  • Update customer records in internal CRM/ticketing tools

Requirements

  • German (native/C1+) and English (B2+)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable using a PC and multiple systems

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • EU passport / valid right to work (as applicable)
