We're now expanding our core engineering team to scale the platform further and accelerate our development efforts.

The Role:

We're looking for a Senior Back End Developer to work closely with the founder on enhancing and scaling our backend systems. You'll take ownership of performance-critical components, shape backend architecture, and help drive technical decisions that support both immediate product goals and long-term platform growth.

What You'll Do:


• Design, build, and maintain robust backend services and APIs


• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability


• Work on complex data processing and search infrastructure


• Collaborate with frontend developers to support seamless product integration


• Contribute to architectural planning and technical roadmaps

You Should Have:


• 5+ years of experience in backend development


• Deep expertise in (JavaScript) and production-level backend systems


• Experience building and scaling real-world web applications


• Familiarity with distributed systems, caching, and search concepts


• Working knowledge of AI fundamentals (e.g., embeddings, LLMs, vector search, agent frameworks)


• Strong debugging, profiling, and optimization skills


• Ability to work autonomously and make pragmatic technical decisions

Nice to Have:


• Experience in SaaS, search, or infrastructure-heavy products


• Familiarity with basic DevOps and server operations


• Exposure to frontend work (React, Vue, or vanilla JS)


• Hands-on experience integrating AI technologies into production systems
