Job DescriptionThe OpportunityDay-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership & Innovation
  • Lead the innovation pipeline for payment products, ensuring solutions meet evolving customer needs while aligning with Worldline's strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with industry partners to assess emerging trends and deliver industry-leading innovative payment solutions
  • Establish and execute a comprehensive product acceptance strategy across multiple channels (in-store, online, mobile)
  • Product Development & Acceptance
  • Oversee the development of cutting-edge, seamless multi-device payment solutions from conceptualization to market launch
  • Ensure flawless execution of product deployments and drive quality improvement to achieve zero-defect scenarios
  • Lead cross-functional teams in enhancing product features to improve the customer experience, based on market trends and customer insights
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Work with Sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new payment solutions
  • Cultivate relationships with strategic partners (financial institutions, technology providers) to expand payment ecosystem
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Technology, Operations, Compliance and Sales
  • Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to track product performance, acceptance rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor operational performance as an integrated aspect of enterprise governance
  • Ensure solutions comply with industry regulations and standards, prioritizing customer security and data protection
Who Are We Looking For
  • Professional with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Experience of 10+ years in product management, innovation, or relevant roles ideally within the payments industry
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, fintech, and emerging payment trends
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities
  • Ability to drive innovation in a rapidly changing environment
