Job Title: Managing Director, Greece

Reports to: Market Unit Lead

Role Summary

The Managing Director is accountable for the profitable and sustainable growth, operational excellence, and strong customer and employee relationships of Brink's Greece. This role carries full P&L and balance sheet responsibility and ensures that all country operations comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate standards. The Managing Director plays a critical leadership role in translating Brink's global strategy into local execution and driving the success of our commercial, operational, and security activities in Greece.

Operating within a matrix structure, the role directly oversees the Commercial, Operations, and Security functions in-country and works in close partnership with global support functions, including Finance, HR, IT, Communications, and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth

• Translate Brink's global strategy into actionable commercial and operational plans tailored to the Greek market.
• Drive growth and customer loyalty by identifying opportunities aligned with current and future market trends.
• Champion the expansion of digital retail and AMS business by partnering with global product teams.
• Drive and accelerate man guarding, including aviation security

Operational & Commercial Excellence

• Foster a culture of operational discipline, productivity, and continuous improvement based on Brink's methodologies.
• Ensure safe, secure, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery aligned with Brink's global standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and operational reviews to maintain visibility, reinforce standards, and ensure compliance.

People Leadership & Culture

• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team across Commercial, Operations, and Security.
• Drive employee engagement and build a culture aligned with Brink's values: Customer Success, Integrity, Collaboration, Protection, and Excellence.
• Ensure succession planning and talent development for critical roles across the organization.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Promote a proactive approach to risk mitigation and oversee the development and implementation of risk solutions.
• Ensure full compliance with SOX requirements and maintain effective internal control frameworks across the business.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, government authorities, industry bodies, and corporate partners.
• Serve as the face of Brink's in the Netherlands, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum 7 years of senior leadership experience, including full P&L responsibility in a complex, customer-facing business.
• Proven track record of delivering profitable growth and operational efficiency, ideally in a B2B or service-based environment.
• Experience in a multinational, matrix organisation with cross-functional leadership exposure.
• Strong financial literacy, including budgeting, capital allocation, forecasting, and cost management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organisational change and drive cultural alignment.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Fluency in Greek and English
