Η PK Insurance Brokers, μεσιτικό γραφείο με εξειδίκευση στη διαχείριση και υποστήριξη ασφαλιστιρίων συμβολαίων, αναζητά Ασφαλιστικό Υπάλληλο Διαχείρισης & Υποστήριξης Συμβολαίων για πλήρη απασχόληση.

Ο ρόλος αφορά τη συνολική παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση ασφαλιστηρίων συμβολαίων, την επικοινωνία με ασφαλιστικές εταιρείες και τη διασφάλιση της ορθής και έγκαιρης εξυπηρέτησης των πελατών.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες

  • Διαχείριση εκδόσεων, ανανεώσεων και πρόσθετων πράξεων ασφαλιστηρίων.
  • Έλεγχος πληρότητας και ορθότητας των εγγράφων.
  • Επικοινωνία με ασφαλιστικές εταιρείες για εγκρίσεις, αποστολές και διευκρινίσεις.
  • Παρακολούθηση ζημιών και συνεργασία με παρόχους οδικής βοήθειας.

  • Συλλογή και επεξεργασία δικαιολογητικών

  • Τήρηση αρχείων και σύνταξη περιοδικών αναφορών.

  • Υποστήριξη στη διαδικασία ανανεώσεων και επικαιροποιήσεων ασφαλιστικών χαρτοφυλακίων.
