Το επάγγελμα του Ασφαλιστικού Διαμεσολαβητή αποτελεί ένα από τα πιο δυναμικά και ευέλικτα επαγγέλματα. Μας δίνει τη δυνατότητα να προσφέρουμε τις υπηρεσίες μας για την αποτελεσματικότερη διαχείριση ρίσκου των εξατομικευμένων ασφαλιστικών αναγκών των πελατών μας, συμβάλλοντας στη διατήρηση του παρόντος αλλά και μελλοντικού βιοτικού επιπέδου.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Δημιουργία, διατήρηση και επέκταση μακροχρόνιων σχέσεων με πελάτες
  • Ανάλυση αναγκών υποψήφιων πελατών και πρόταση κατάλληλων ασφαλιστικών προγραμμάτων
  • Παραμετροποίηση ασφαλιστικών συμβολαίων των πελατών που έχετε προσελκύσει, με βάση τις οικονομικές δυνατότητες και ανάγκες τους
  • Διαχείριση αιτήσεων, ανανεώσεων και εγκρίσεων ασφαλιστικών συμβολαίων
  • Παροχή συνεχούς υποστήριξης στο πελατολόγιό σας σχετικά με ενδεχόμενες αποζημιώσεις

Εμπειρία και δεξιότητες

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ ή ΙΕΚ
  • Πολύ καλή χρήση προγραμμάτων Η/Υ (Microsoft Office)
  • Επιθυμητή η προϋπηρεσία στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών/ πωλήσεις
  • Εξελιγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα στο χτίσιμο διαπροσωπικών σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης και ομαδικό πνεύμα
  • Αναπτυγμένες πωλησιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες
  • Προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα και επιμονή για την επίτευξή του
  • Ικανότητα προγραμματισμού και οργάνωσης πολλαπλών εργασιών
