This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Athens. The Sales Consultant will focus on providing high-quality consulting services to customers, fostering strong relationships, and promoting tailored insurance solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries professionally, and promoting company products and services to achieve sales goals.
- Proven experience in Sales Consulting and a strong ability to present tailored insurance solutions to meet customer needs
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Exceptional Communication skills and ability to effectively convey complex information
- Background in Consulting or advisory services is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet sales objectives
- Proficiency in relevant digital tools and platforms
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus
