Σύντομη περιγραφή καθηκόντων: Διαχείριση συμβάσεων συντήρησης, κοστολόγηση υπηρεσιών συντήρησης, τιμολογήσεις.

Καθήκοντα:

  • Διαχείριση/συγγραφή τεχνικών προδιαγραφών, SLA συμβάσεων έργων/συντήρησης
  • Κοστολόγηση υπηρεσιών συντήρησης και professional services
  • Παρουσίαση ολοκληρωμένων οικονομικών προτάσεων, σε συνεργασία με το presales για την υποστήριξη και υλοποίηση έργων
  • Τιμολόγηση έργων, συμβολαίων συντήρησης και έκτακτων επεμβάσεων
  • Διαχείριση συνεργαζόμενων προμηθευτών
  • Διαμόρφωση προϋπολογισμού τεχνικών υπηρεσιών συντήρησης και μηνιαία παρακολούθηση
  • Διαχείριση αιτημάτων και προσφορών για πάγια και αναλώσιμα
  • Συστημική παρακολούθηση παγίων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ στον κλάδο της Πληροφορικής ή/και των Επικοινωνιών
  • Προϋπηρεσία 3 ετών σε ανάλογη θέση
  • Εξοικείωση με συστήματα παρακολούθησης υποστήριξης σε portal κατασκευαστών
  • Άριστη γνώση Microsoft Office
  • Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας (σε γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο)
