Σύντομη περιγραφή καθηκόντων: Διαχείριση συμβάσεων συντήρησης, κοστολόγηση υπηρεσιών συντήρησης, τιμολογήσεις.
Καθήκοντα:
Διαχείριση/συγγραφή τεχνικών προδιαγραφών, SLA συμβάσεων έργων/συντήρησης
Κοστολόγηση υπηρεσιών συντήρησης και professional services
Παρουσίαση ολοκληρωμένων οικονομικών προτάσεων, σε συνεργασία με το presales για την υποστήριξη και υλοποίηση έργων
Τιμολόγηση έργων, συμβολαίων συντήρησης και έκτακτων επεμβάσεων
Διαχείριση συνεργαζόμενων προμηθευτών
Διαμόρφωση προϋπολογισμού τεχνικών υπηρεσιών συντήρησης και μηνιαία παρακολούθηση
Διαχείριση αιτημάτων και προσφορών για πάγια και αναλώσιμα
Συστημική παρακολούθηση παγίων
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ στον κλάδο της Πληροφορικής ή/και των Επικοινωνιών
Προϋπηρεσία 3 ετών σε ανάλογη θέση
Εξοικείωση με συστήματα παρακολούθησης υποστήριξης σε portal κατασκευαστών
Άριστη γνώση Microsoft Office
Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας (σε γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο)
