The Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you will expand our merchant network by identifying new opportunities, visiting prospects, and delivering tailored payment solutions. You will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and promoting our innovative all-in-one payments ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Visit prospects in your assigned territory, build relationships, identify needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Follow up on appointments generated by the Lead Generator Team and maximize reach by leveraging referrals from existing clients.
- Close sales and actively promote the full product and services portfolio.
- Deliver, install, and provide basic training on card terminals at client premises.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and activity records in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback on appointment quality and collaborate with your Area Manager for continuous improvement.
- Complete all required training and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
- Ensure a strong presence in your territory through regular market visits and follow-ups.
- Act as the first point of contact for client requests and help prevent customer churn.

Requirements- 2+ years of proven B2B field sales experience, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Solid understanding of the retail and hospitality sectors and the POS/payment services market.
- Good knowledge of payment and card acquiring products and the ability to communicate their value effectively.
- Experience using CRM systems and, ideally, AI-powered sales/CRM tools for lead management and forecasting.
- Strong organisational skills, resilience, and the ability to handle objections confidently.
- Ability to explain and demonstrate web-based software and payment technologies.
- Strong digital literacy (MS Office), excellent written and spoken English, and a full, clean driving licence.
- Ability to work with diverse clients and maintain a professional, positive brand image.
