INGROUP, on behalf of its client, is seeking an experienced professional to undertake the overall supervision and strategic direction of technical services and facilities management, within the Real Estate, Facilities & Experience Division.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all facilities management services—both technical (hard services) and support functions (soft services)—ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the buildings, in line with the highest standards of quality and luxury.

We are looking for a dynamic candidate with strong technical expertise and experience in managing FM teams and projects, capable of ensuring high tenant satisfaction and continuous improvement of services provided.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Organize and supervise daily maintenance and technical support operations.
  • Develop and implement FM policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage all technical services (MEP, HVAC, fire safety) and support services (cleaning, reception, landscaping, security).
  • Monitor the preventive maintenance schedule and oversee repair works.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, legislation, and certifications.
  • Record and manage technical data, compliance documentation, and inspection reports.
  • Participate in inspections, risk assessments, and improvement initiatives.
  • Lead, guide, and empower technical staff and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with Management, Concierge, and Customer Service teams to promptly respond to resident requests.
  • Represent the department in meetings with clients and residents, when required.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior FM role, preferably in luxury properties or mixed-use facilities.
  • Experience supervising technical teams and contractors.
  • Knowledge of modern building technologies (MEP, HVAC, BMS, fire protection).
  • Excellent understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Strong budgeting and reporting skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as IWFM, IOSH/NEBOSH, or other technical accreditations will be highly valued.
