, a subsidiary of the Alpha Bank Group specializing in the management and development of real estate assets, is seeking to hire a
Facility Management Associate
to join its
Asset Management Division
. The division is responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of all properties within the company's managed portfolio, ensuring their optimal operation and long-term value.

As a
Facility Management Associate
, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to service requests, including the accurate logging and documentation of incoming issues, assignment of tasks to the appropriate contractors, and follow-up to ensure timely and effective completion. You will also handle the daily processing of service charge settlements and support reporting activities to various internal units and external stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

What you will be doing

  • Receive and enter service requests in the Company's IT applications
  • Define the scope of works, collect offers and proceed with the relevant assignments for tasks falling under the corrective maintenance Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Supervise contractors falling under the preventive maintenance SLAs with regard to their performance
  • Oversee the execution of various works and report their results
  • Participate in the development of the annual property-level-based budget of service charges
  • Review and arrange for the payment of service charges
  • Contact municipal organizations and arrange for the settlement of local taxes and the receipt of the relevant certificates

What you need to have

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any other relevant field
  • At least three (3) years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in the Greek and in the English language
  • Advanced IT literacy, including the Office applications
  • Ability to deliver results within tight time constraints
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
