About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Client Services / Account Manager who has a strong background in architecture, interior design, or a related technical field. This role is perfect for someone who understands strategy and design, and can translate that expertise into excellent client service and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing their accounts and contracts, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of professionalism and care.
• Translate client requirements into actionable design briefs, leveraging your background in architecture or interior design.
• Identify, nurture and follow up on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Track, evaluate, and address any additional or out-of-scope client requests.
• Formalise, price, and manage extra contractual requirements, assessing their impact on budget, timeline, and resources.
• Coordinate internally and with clients to ensure smooth and timely project execution, transparency, process compliance, and proper approvals per project stage or gateway.
• Coordinate proactively between clients and our design and technical teams to ensure
• Provide insights and consulting on design-related questions to enhance client satisfaction and project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Background in architecture, interior design, a related technical field, or project management.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate them across teams.
• A problem-solving, curious mindset with a forward-thinking attitude and keen eye for detail and design quality.
• Keen on using AI tools (CRM, meeting summaries, task tracking, documentation, and analysis) to improve speed, clarity, and accuracy.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Follow up on project progress, and request and follow internal review meetings.
• Handle client enquiries and keep them constantly updated on project progress.
• Work closely with design teams to ensure client vision and strategy are accurately brought to life.
• Review and offer advice and design recommendations where needed.

Requirements:

• University degree / Master's degree in related disciplines preferable
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position and/or in design projects
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English in both writing and speaking and MS Office applications is a prerequisite.
• Willingness to work based on project deadlines.
• Other required skills: able to multitask, effective under pressure, with an outgoing personality, organised and thorough.
• Additional languages, other university degrees, AI design platform skills, and AutoCAD/Revit will be highly appreciated.
