Position Title: Personal and Executive Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Banquet Manager to help the Banquet Manager oversee the operations of a banquet department, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of events, and providing excellent customer service. They supervise staff, coordinate with various teams like the kitchen and sales, and handle client requests and any issues that arise during events.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of all banquet events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery
- Supervise and guide banquet staff, ensuring they are fully trained on service standards and well-prepared for each event
- Ensure all banquet spaces are impeccably set up according to the event order (BEO), guest preferences, and Conrad standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients to accommodate special requests and manage any last-minute adjustments to ensure their satisfaction
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food preparation and delivery are executed efficiently and in line with event schedules
- Monitor event progress, promptly addressing any issues or concerns to maintain a seamless guest experience
- Assist in inventory management, including the ordering and organization of banquet supplies to ensure smooth operations
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during events in the absence of the Banquet Manager
- Coordinate and participate in the weekly Banquet Event Order (BEO) meeting alongside the Conferences & Events team to ensure thorough planning and clarification of all events details.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in banquet service or event management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- A degree in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive working environmens
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences with a keen sense of detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Greek and English
