The Event Coordinator / Commercial Operations Executive is responsible for the planning and execution of all promotional and educational activities, both online and offline, that support the company's commercial objectives. These include contests, seminars, webinars, and other engagement initiatives aimed at clients, partners, and prospects. This role ensures that all activities are efficiently organized, aligned with commercial goals, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional and educational activities (online & offline), such as:
    • i. Contests and client engagement campaigns
    • ii. Educational seminars, workshops, and webinars
  • Manage event logistics end-to-end: scheduling, venue/online setup, vendor coordination, materials, and participant communications.
  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to align events with business development objectives.
  • Track, analyse, and report on event outcomes (attendance, engagement, ROI).
  • Support the preparation of presentations, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company brand and regulatory standards.
  • Travel frequently to attend, coordinate, and oversee local and international events and activities

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, commercial operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with online event platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, or similar).
  • Fluent in English (other languages a plus).
  • Willingness to travel frequently for regional and international events.
