We are currently looking for :

Marketing Assistant Dermocosmetics & Personal Care | Full Time | Permanent Contract

As a Marketing Assistant, you will provide essential support to the marketing department and assist in various marketing and administrative tasks. Your role will involve coordination, communication, and execution of marketing activities to ensure smooth operations and successful marketing campaigns implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative assistance to the Marketing team
• Arrange meetings, business meals, and marketing events
• Manage order forms and courier shipments of marketing materials to the field teams and agencies
• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and presentations
• Answer phone calls regarding product information from consumers

Marketing Activities:

• Assist in organizing cycle seminars
• Contribute to the production and distribution of promotional materials
• Update cycle marketing materials like pricelists, catalogues, order forms
• Assist in updating competition files, including prices and products
• Participate in the preparation and delivery of promotional materials for congresses

Logistics Coordination:

• Create codes for new products, promotional packs and marketing materials
• Monitor stock and inform about marketing materials availability
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain offers for promotional and packaging materials

Financial Management:

• Track marketing budget spending
• Track and categorize suppliers' invoices
• Create purchase orders of the marketing materials in internal CRM system

Qui êtes-vous ?

Skills Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• English – spoken and written – mastering day-to-day business communication

• Experience with internal CRM systems is a plus

• Experience in administrative/support position
