Role Overview:

As a Sales Specialist, you will collaborate with clients to enhance their sales strategies. Your responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, addressing campaign and budget inquiries, and creating innovative solutions to help clients reach their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Offer tailored recommendations to optimize client sales approaches
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their unique business needs
  • Strategic Planning: Turn client goals into actionable and impactful sales strategies
  • Performance Analysis: Assess sales data to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities

  • Reporting: Monitor and report key performance indicators like sales targets and client satisfaction

Requirements: 

  • Proficiency in German (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • EU citizenship or Greek residency card
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales, particularly inbound and/or outbound sales
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Passionate about sales and client relationships
  • Driven to learn and grow in the industry
