Role Overview:

As a Sales Specialist, you'll work closely with clients to refine their sales strategies. Your role involves analyzing performance, resolving campaign and budget queries, and crafting innovative solutions to help clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Expertise: Provide customized recommendations to clients for optimizing their sales approaches
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain robust client relationships to fully understand their business needs
  • Strategic Planning: Translate client objectives into actionable and effective sales strategies
  • Performance Analysis: Review and interpret sales data to refine strategies and identify areas for growth
  • Market Insights: Monitor trends and challenges to develop cutting-edge sales tactics
  • Comprehensive Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators, including sales targets, client satisfaction, and success rates

Requirements: 

  • Proficiency in German (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • EU citizenship or Greek residency card
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales, particularly inbound and/or outbound sales
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Passionate about sales and client relationships
  • Driven to learn and grow in the industry
