We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Greek employer.

About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Sales Specialist with German language skills
to join the team in Greece. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading global brands, helping them maximize their advertising impact through innovative solutions and data-driven campaign optimization.

Your responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing consistent and high-quality support.
  • Present and promote company products/services to potential clients through calls, emails, and online meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies and maximize results.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • German language
    at
    C2 level
    and fluent
    English (C1)
  • Sales experience
  • minimum 1 year
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus

What We Offer:

  • Salary:
    1,350€ - 1500€ gross/month (depending on the project)
  • Performance bonus:
    up to 300€ gross/month (at 100% achievement)
  • Training:
    1 month, fully paid
  • Location:
    On-site in Athens (potential hybrid model after 3 months, depending on performance and attitude)
