About the role

Hirelink is building 2026 teams and is leading the hiring process for Maintenance Technicians across all of Greece. If you troubleshoot fast, execute safe preventive maintenance, and keep assets running for guest experience, wed like to meet you.

What youll do

  • Execute PPM & reactive tasks in guest rooms and back-of-house (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliances).

  • Maintain plant & systems: pumps, AHUs/FCUs, boilers/chillers, BMS checks, emergency generator, fire system (alarms/extinguishers).

  • Support kitchen & laundry equipment uptime; basic diagnostics and coordination with specialists where needed.

  • Respond to Facilities/department work orders within SLA; liaise with contractors and track parts/consumables.

  • Contribute to energy-saving and asset-care standards; keep workshops neat and audit-ready.

What you bring

  • Maintenance (multi-skilled preferred).

  • Solid basics in electrical & plumbing; HVAC exposure a plus.

  • Troubleshooting mindset and tidy workmanship.

  • Driving license (B) preferred; relevant trade license/certification is a plus.

  • Flexibility for rotating shifts including nights/weekends; on-call as scheduled.

  • Eligibility to work in Greece.
