Alai Crete, a Tribute Portfolio Resort
, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeper to support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing the housekeeping department and ensuring exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and brand presentation across the property.
This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in team coordination, operational quality, and consistency—ensuring that every guest touchpoint reflects the resort's unique character while fully aligning with
Marriott International standards
and
Tribute Portfolio brand expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–4 years' experience as Assistant Housekeeper in an upscale, lifestyle, or boutique hotel/resort.
- Demonstrated ability to guide, motivate, and support diverse housekeeping teams.
- Strong knowledge of room presentation standards, public area maintenance, and inspection procedures.
- Familiarity with hygiene protocols, health & safety regulations, and housekeeping management systems.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are considered an asset.
