POSITION

We are seeking an experienced
Executive Housekeeper
to lead our housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and brand expression across the resort.

This is a key leadership role for someone who can combine operational excellence, team development, and an eye for detail to ensure that every space at Alai Crete reflects the resort's design, story, and service philosophy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience as Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper in an upper-upscale or lifestyle hotel/resort.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop large and diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of housekeeping standards, room inspections, and public area maintenance.
  • Knowledge of hygiene, health & safety standards, and housekeeping systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
